Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you about receiving a letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 1432) dated (May 19, 1439). The letter pointed out to a letter received from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. 10191 dated 12/5/1439 concerning the making of some amendments to the procedural and automated rules of incorporation of companies. In order to facilitate the start of commercial activity in the Kingdom, the ministry abolished the need to audit contracts by specialists, as was the practice in the past. This action would lead to easier and faster establishment of companies in the Kingdom.
